Important company in the IT sector requires for its team a level 2 support engineer with fluent conversational English level (B2)


Necessary Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer, Electrical & Electronics or Industry Engineering, MIS or other relevant departments of universities
  • At least 2 years of support experience
  • Experienced in the payment sector with POS and/or mPOS, SoftPOS software,
  • Familiar with the Jira ticketing system
  • Experienced in mobile application installation, distribution, and management,
  • Experienced in application building with Jenkins.
  • Fluent in English (written, spoken - upper intermediate).
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem solving and strong communication skills.
  • Strong responsibility and ownership attitude, customer(service) oriented mindset is a must.
