• Bachelors in engr. (computer science, software, systems, or related)

• 10+ years automotive electronics launch experience

• 10+ years software and/or systems engineering experience

• Leadership of Research and Development site for 150+ people

• Experience growing an engineering team from first employees to over 100 engineers

• Bilingual – proficient in English speaking/reading/writing

• Ability to manage budget and capital planning

• Exhibit advanced professional interest in people management, with particular focus on employee recruitment, coaching, and development

• Ability to establish goals, monitor goal progress, and provide developmental feedback

• Ability to work in complex, matrix organizations

• Knowledge and use of visualizations and metrics dashboards to convey key messages

• Familiarity with Automotive SPICE

• Experience with Autonomous Driving Active Safety
